Refund policy
At Label Elio, every piece is crafted with the utmost care and precision. We want you to love your purchase. However, if for any reason the fit or style does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
1. NO MONETARY REFUNDS
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Cash) for any order.
If you wish to return an item, the refund amount will be issued entirely as Store Credit (Gift Card).
This Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and can be used to purchase any item on our website.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must meet the following criteria:
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The item must be free of any stains, makeup marks, or odors (perfume/deodorant).
3. THE RETURN PROCESS
Initiate Request: Email us at contact@labelelio.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason for return.
Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 2-3 business days.
Transit: The package will travel back to our warehouse (this usually takes 5-7 days).
4. QUALITY CHECK & STORE CREDIT ISSUANCE
We follow a strict quality control procedure.
Inspection: Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a comprehensive Quality Check (QC) to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Approval: If the item passes QC, we will issue your Store Credit within 24-48 hours.
Rejection: If the item is found worn, damaged, or without tags, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Please note: The Store Credit will strictly be issued only AFTER the product is received and passes the Quality Check.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or Made-to-measure outfits.
Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Flash Sale".
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a defective product or the wrong order:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.
We will arrange an immediate replacement or fix the issue at no extra cost to you.
